Earlier today, one of Ardent’s upstream providers experienced unexpected maintenance, which caused intermittent packet loss and service disruptions for some customers.
We’ve temporarily rerouted traffic through our other upstream provider to ensure stable connectivity. Later this evening, during off-peak hours, we’ll gradually restore traffic to both providers to verify everything is functioning as expected.
