As of 10:15 AM PST, Lumen has resolved the issue. The official Root Cause was a "faulty card," which caused internet traffic to be rerouted through Denver instead of directly reaching the Seattle area as intended.

We’re still awaiting acknowledgment from our upstream provider regarding the issue. Based on our analysis, our traffic is being unexpectedly routed through Denver, CO, before returning to Seattle, WA—an unusual behavior. We've provided them with all the necessary details to resolve this, and now we’re in a holding pattern while we wait for their response. Thank you for your patience!

Our upstream fiber provider on Tower Mountain (North Krell) is experiencing extremely high latency between Spokane <> Seattle. Typical latency is 7-10ms, but it is currently sitting at 70-90ms.

We have opened a ticket with them to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
