Ardent Networks - Notice history

We are performing work on a core tower in Spokane, WA. We do not expect any impacts to service.

We will be performing planned maintenance at our SPNGWAOSES site beginning Wednesday, July 15, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM.

During this maintenance window, we will be upgrading the site’s power system to improve redundancy and overall service reliability. Brief service interruptions may occur while work is being completed.

Our team will work to minimize any impact and restore normal operations as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our network infrastructure.

We will be performing planned maintenance from Thursday, June 25 at 11:00 PM until Friday, June 26 at 5:00 AM.

During this window, we will be physically relocating network equipment from one cabinet to another. This work requires moving edge routers and cross-connects, which will result in a full service outage for at least one hour during the maintenance window.

Additional brief interruptions may occur while equipment is reconnected and service is verified.

We will restore service as quickly as possible once the work is complete.
